Complaints rules and guidelines

Recently I've received several complaints regarding players on the server, members of the chat box, and staff members; therefore, I'm creating this section so that players may express any displeasure they may have with anything in regards to what was previously mentioned. Please feel free to post your complaint on your registered forum account or as an anonymous guest but please follow these simple rules: please post your complaint in English, do not curse or spam while posting your complaint, and please be very mature whilst doing so. Any posts found breaking those rules will be ignored and deleted. Also, please give time to our staff members to go over your complaints and contact you if it is necessary.
